If a reefer's loaded "perishable move" was to the East and it was returning West with infamous "load of magazines or catalogues", would that move be on a standard "Freight Waybill"? If empty, the standard "Empty For Home" bill? Would these same pink bills be used for express reefers, express box cars and / or baggage cars in a mail or passenger train or are there different bills for these trains? Finally, is there any general paperwork for passenger cars (diners, obs, sleepers) that you've written about?
